| Very intetesting as usual )) Now I have know more abouy CS and clipped chips. One quetion. What was the latest cpu with CS mark? Think i' ve saw even pentium one. |

Really nothing past the very early 1980's. Confusingly intel also used a 2 character die code on later chips AA AB ...CS...etc. This is what you see on the backs of things like Pentiums.
The CS on this R80286-12 is not a sample marking, merely a die code (as one forum member infamously found out haha) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

Exactly )) One time l have seen 'ES' and was surprised that it is not real ES lol. |
