Just found this in my box.
Was this the top-notch processor at it's time, or did it come to late, to be surpassed by DX4's? |

| From what I recall, this chip was pretty late to the party. They came out around the time of the Socket 5 Pentiums, but offered good value as the cost of owning a Pentium was still prohibitive. I do remember wanting one for a short period of time to upgrade my DX33, as these could be had in 5V flavours. They ran really hot though. |
