Hi

I had four package to USA at about two month ago.

They all have had some problem during the transportation,

I refuned all the money. an initial a query to local post office,

Now all four package are tracked to be delivered to their respective buyer.

How can I get my money back?

It was after two months, I cannot find d way to resolve this problem on ebay.

thanks

I would start by contacting the buyers. Tell them that you can see that the package was ultimately delivered, apologise for the delay, and ask them nicely to return the refund. You'll probably find 2 or 3 of the people are honest enough to do that if you ask. As for forcing any remaining, eBay does let you contact customer service directly when the supplied forms don't do what you need. They have the power to make exceptions, and may be able to fix this up for you even though 60 days has passed.

I think you will have to rely on the honesty of the buyers.
I recently had some chips I bought get the run around by USPS. where they were going back and forth between Miami and Oregon, so the Seller refunded me, but a week or so later USPS got their act together and delivered them so I promptly paid for them again.

@Hugo I'm very sorry to hear that but like cuttingedgecs said you can only be in contact with buyer and ask him to send back your money. PayPal and eBay will not help you if you cann't take a call to US customer service.

I have had hopefully only two experience like you. One for ~ 200 USD and about 3 months ago for ~~ 110 USD. All buyers from US. USPS stopped tracking registered international mail and eBay do not have information if your parcell was delivered or not. Not honest buyers use it and scamm us. Different story is holding for unreasonable time shipments at custom departament ...
In both my experience stories I had to pay back and no contact after they received money and very propably shipments too !

Result/conclusion : I moved all sale from ebay.com (US) to european division in Germany. Cases are settled by german and polish customer services. To US service I cann't even mail. They have phone number only for US citizens - unable to take call from anywhere over the world.

Next I changed way of shipping to US : not only registered mail but registered packages. Much more expensive but it is tracked by USPS.

@Robev. Seller didn't have option. He had lucky having so honest buyer like you.

i think its time to test honesty.

I wrote to three buyers but get no response yet.

I will wait for sometimes and wrote again.

After that I will probably call eBay customer Service for help.

If nothing helps at last, Could I disclosure the name of the buyer here and there such as cpu collection forum and eBay auctions?

And leave me a negative feedback.

I am an honest ebayer for 15 years with zero negative feedback. And since then his negative feedback is the only one negative feedback of all my feedback!

The ebay feedback system is complete crap. Buyers can give you rubbish ratings and ebay just doesn't care

hugo929 you are a liar and you have been reported
you have been all over posting my sensitive information trying to defame me
you were paid well enough for the shipping time that was just a light cpu

then after 2 months waiting i opened a case as i have too to protect myself from scammers like you
during the open case time you chose not to respond to me or ebay that is why you lost you had no tracking which for $15 it should of
i never received the item and had to buy another
you have cost me time and money i run a business and i needed that part for a client so i had to buy another which had cost me even more

my feedback was correct about you and due to you actions you have forced me to take my own

this should be a lesson for anyone that deals with this guy that if he doesnt like how things are resolved he will go around the net posting your info
not sure what he thinks he can accomplish by it
BEWARE

either way i never got it and now i just checked my ebay account and i have this bs from him threatening me and saying he was gonna do this for 10years
the guy is nuts dont care what you have to say his actions prove it

also my feedback on my ebay shows i have no issues in paying and shows im not a scammer i have spent well over $50k this year

i was not in the wrong i get scammed by china sellers all the time ebay knows this as well it was 2months i opened a case he never responded so by default ebay refunded me as they should

Hugo has said that tracking shows it as delivered.
