this is all being recorded and the other places he is doing this at

this is the same thing china sellers do they make you wait out the period to open a case i was fair and let it go well past estimated shipping times

then he stopped responding to me and ebay then since he didnt respond to ebay either they gave me my money back which i then used to buy another

so not only did i waste 2months on a clients computer but also had to wait and pay more when i had to buy proxy from japan

so he needs to take this up with ebay/paypal or his creditcard not me
anyways i have said my side and proved my point
if he didnt like to lose maybe next time he shouldnt ignore ebay policies and open cases

also if it got here after that case was closed i wouldnt have accepted it and would have had him pay me for return shipping to china which is ebay/paypals policy and what he agreed to when selling on ebay

on another note mail does get stolen and sent to wrong addresses i get others mail all the time so him just automatically doing this kind of act on multiple places shows this guy is insane

what kind of site is this

He is not a big seller and that is a point. He is a real collector active on this forum for 12 years ! He is perfect organised and many people from this forum has bought from him many times and never had a problem. We are normal people here not like those who buying and selling only at eBay - machines which counts days of protections, living at eBay's rules everyday. We rely in old good trust knowing each other. Having no problem which cann't be fixed by communication and patience.

I hope hugo will provide tracking number. If monitoring says it was send out of China that means you will receive it ... maybe with delay but it will be there.

I understand you have bought the item for your client but if there is so much rush why you bought it from second side of world ? Is your client knew that you have ordered from China ? If so he don't understand of risk of being lost in transport ? You don't have to answer but I think patience is that what is missing in this transaction between you and hugo.

3 months are a bit of time but I think it is to early to "accuse yourself of the name" so I have moderated your data from hugo's post and please try to fix it via private messages/emails. If you receive the item please send it back to hugo or pay him if you will want to keep it. If you receive and do nothing please remember that is a fraud. Thanks.

3 Months is not unheard of, the problem is the USPS 90% of the time. I have had them lose international parcels for a YEAR and then they show up.

They make it to the US is the matter of days (sometimes a week or so from China) and then sit in US sort centers for weeks or even months.

ast one from China took 4 days to make it to San Fran, then USPS sat on it for 3 weeks, then delivered it, and they didnt bother scanning it either (USPS follows OLD IPU rules that say anything under 4lbs isn't tracked and wont be searched for even if the sender sent it registered/express )

thanks Macin for deleting his personal information.

the tracking number is RD219188802CN.

I am sorry for the unexpected delay. After clear payment I always send quickly. But the shipping time is out of my control.

I have four parcel encountered the same problems all were left Beijing at 1st.March

NOW all four parcel show delivered.

One of the seller is my old customer and is very patient and NEVER file a case,Now finally delivered and wrote to me about that.

I got partial repayment from one of the buyer.

For the left two buyers, I ask to repayment many times but NEVER get any repsponse.

I dont have any Hope to get repayment now. It is no big deal only a lost of 112+60usd.

Sorry for my reaction at that time.

Let us end this issue.

Dude,

Hugo had about 500 transactions on ebay with single negative feedback over the past 12 months and that single negative feedback was given by you.

It looks like you had 178 transactions so far that shows us you have plenty of experience on that site. So you should know how long mails take to arrive, etc..

He is able to provide a tracking number that shows activity on February 22 and item was delivered to postal code 33702 on April 14. That is approx. 7 weeks, pretty standard for a parcel coming from China.

If you go to the bidding page, he clearly stated this under description. "Shipping worldwide by registered air mail through China Post. usually it will take two ~ five weeks to arrive. might be even more days for some countries. "

You are stating that you bought the item for a client, for a custom computer build. But the item is sold for collection, he does not even state that it is in working order, probably he cannot even test it. Weird..

i think you realized that you screwed up with your purchase (over paid, wrong item, etc) and tried to recover your loss by using "package not received" token. smells fishy, possibly fraudulent.

Just for the clear information about tracking info :
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=RD219188802CN

Another proof about that eBay's/PayPal seller protection is a fiction.

This Buyer "Kev" was talking Lawyers etc which if he was prepared to go that far would have cost him a great deal of money with very little chance, in my humble opinion, of getting any sort of good result for himself when all he had to do was Pay Hugo what was owed.

Anyone with half a brain that was honest would have taken that course of action.

I would hate to deal with him in a business transaction as he is obviously not an honest person and would take advantage of any customer who dealt with him.

um it cost nothing to talk with my lawyer for one
2nd i have plenty of money to protect me and my family
3rd its apparent you didnt read any of the posts i dont pay for a items i haven't received by ebay policy which he agreed to this transaction is over if he wants his money back for a lost or stolen item then he needs to do the required steps doing crazing things like what he did here its NOT the correct course of action

i mean what was the expected out come from doing this was he expecting people with pitch forks to show up at my door from this place cause thats whats been going on since i been here
i take it as a direct threat i have kids etc i dont play
this isnt a game so treat it as much
anyways this is my last post my business is finished here i said and showed my case i was not wrong and played by the rules

So bottom line, in your opinion, because “you have played by the rules”: now you have the item, but you don't pay for the item.
That’s ebay: the seller get screwed by paying the paypal fees, the listing fees, the final value fees. It's certainly not an equitable relationship between buyer and seller.

From USPS status you have received purchased item and you got full refund from PayPal and that is a fact. Hugo sent item paid shipping cost, PayPal fees and eBay fees and that is a fact too. If that is following the rules then it is only your opinion.

His eBay ID should be published here so we can all blacklist him as a buyer

That's useless.
You can have multiple eBay accounts – as many as you want in fact, as long as you use a new email address for each account. Rolling Eyes
