I asked yar.ass for selling two boards.
He wrote me:

Call to PayPal and ask for cancel payment because of mistake in adress ASAP !
I had similar problem. There are tools in your account to block that payment but faster is take a call to PayPal support.

No. There is a mistake : missing "83" in email adress. Have you called to PayPal ?

I'm sorry ? Please check first and second PayPal adress. He made a mistake giving you wrong PayPal ID (email adress).

I don't know where you are from but when I sent payment from Poland to US about 1 month ago I could do that.
EDIT:
I see that is polish owner of wrong email adress. I will try to contact with him. "usurpation" of someones money without reason is fraud here.

it seems you are using credit card
if paypal refuse to cancel the transaction
just call your credit card bank
and ask for chargeback
the sucessful rate to get your money back by charge back is almost 100% |

I have talked with person who received money and all was sent back to wml. You guys had luck because of honestly person
