My windows 10 did an update recently and added the Microsoft Edge Icon to my desktop.

Just wondering if anyone here is using it and what their opinion of it is?

I have no issues with it technically, but like all browsers it has its quirks, but as so few people use it I find a lot of websites aren't written with its quirks in mind. It lacks the compatibility features available in Internet Explorer, so about the only time I use it is when I need to log in to the same website with 3 different identities simultaneously (will log in once in each of Chrome & Firefox & Edge)

I find it faster then Chrome (Chrome has gotten to be very bloated in the last few years)

It also uses less memory then Chrome, but Chrome works better (no surprise) for any google apps)

I use Microsoft Edge here Smile

The only trade-off that it doesn't have much robust information which glean out of the web page as Internet Explorer does. But, that is a plus side where you need to go to rogue web site it doesn't take over your Windows 10 shell.

I used Edge as well, because it's the only browser with a usable touch ui. And what can i say; i was surprised! Fast, good usability, only plugins were a drawback.
My surface is gone, so i use firefox again, but Edge is a good browser!

I do not know, I never liked Edge, but I can not say that he's bad, he works well and quickly and doesn't load the RAM.... maybe I'm wrong, but this is my personal opinion)
