Has anyone bought one? And do you leave the CPU in the seal or are you going to use it?
I am still doubting, but of course it is a real collectors item. |

And I hear that AMD will swap you your prize for one of their flagship processors! _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A

I am a sucker and I've got it as a big brother to my sealed Pentium G3258
I will keep it sealed since I already have 8700K (delid) in my main machine and 7700K (also delid) in the drawer..
I understand that this is not a good "investment", and John will have a boatload of them in couple of years, selling for few bucks |

I bought the G3258 and used it for a year or two in my main PC. I kept the box so when I upgraded to an i5, I now have an unsealed boxed processor. _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A
