Here are some New Old stock Mask ROMs dated 1979.
They are made by Motorola and Harris. The motos are stamped BeO for a Beryllium Oxide package, typically used in aerospace/military apps.
The box these came in is stamped 'FLIGHT' and '168 hour burn in' so these were high test parts in their day
today? they are $2 for a pair (white/grey) or $3 for 2 sets (I have 15 sets)
