Got a new baby in my Collection

I guess this is a IBM z900? There is not much info could find about this one.

Have it cleaned up.
Compare to C4004 it is giant.

Still have heaps capacitors missing, but finally got it all repaired. Looks good

very nice! can u post a picture of the pin arangement?
Did you remove it by yourself from the hearsink?
