I've a nice IBM 4481480 8088 CPU. I can't find much information about it and I want to know if Intel or IBM manufactured it.

Could this be 36th week of 1984 based on the date stamp under the chip?

At least it has the IBM part number listed on the top Cool

Concerning D37A00AE reference, "D37" should be IBM package datecode.

D = 1984
37 = week 37

i.e. L = 1992, M = 1993, so by reverse counting, D should be 1984...
