These are some very high-speed Gallium Arsenide Fujitsu ICs
2.5Gb/s GaAs 4:1 Multiplexers FMM381
They are new in there shippers, 4 pieces per container
The ICs themselves are white/gold ceramic
I have 4 sets of 4, for $10 each
