Due to the high cost of shipping from Australia to other countries, all chips in my sales will be shipped to AVICC with no shipping cost for the buyer.

Aside from the gold cap, is there anything different internally between #3 and #4? Any chance #4 has been tested? I own one of these but couldn't get it to power on. How are the conditions of the pins?
