The UB88x0M chips are so called "one-chip-microcomputer" They have 2 - 8 K RAM on chip. They were used in East German home computers.
Please note - these chips have a very unusual package type - ZIP64 !
I found a good page describing them (this page is in german, you should try to use a translation software)
http://www.robotrontechnik.de/index.htm?/html/komponenten/emr.htm
All chips are in excellent condition. There are no broken or bent pins.
Payment:
I accept PayPal and international bank transfer (IBAN + BIC).

To Europe: 2,50 EUR

Please add 2,00 EUR if the insurance desired.
Thanks for looking!

Type 2 U555C is a U555C with russian housing and made by ZMD! I would like to take purple ZMD U555C if it has a price of 5 Euro.
Corrections to description:
- VB880D ist NOT a mil spec CPU but industrial grade. Price is much too high. Offer them for 3 Euro each. Dicount for more than one piece.
- UB8840 and all other one chip microcomputers were never used in any computer for home or office use as CPU! In fact those were used for automation and other integrated industrial purposes. Prices are much too high.
- UB8840D is not FWE-made. Have a look at the datecode. B3 = 1991! That means it was made by MME successor: Ermic! _________________ Frank.

I'd like:
U555C type 2
U555C type 3
Will you take 12 Euros for the lot including shipping to the UK?
The D2716 are fairly common, I'm hesitant to suggest a price, but I would say the upper limit should be about 2 Euros. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Frank - how come you changed your initial message to look like you had saked for the type 3 U555C before me? You originally asked for 1 type 2, and I asked for the other plus the type 3, but qwerty now thinks, because your post is above mine, that you had asked for it before me which you didn't! That's not good trading practice!
I only wanted the type 2 with the type 3, not on it's own so it's either my original request or nothing from this sale _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I am very sorry - I had no time to view this forum past two days.
Debs - both EPROMs are yours.
PS: And what is about the other chips?
I also accept reasonable offers. |

| Thanks
And thanks also to whichever mod deleted the couple of posts I made when I was stressed earlier - it wasn't just to do with this, I had received some bad news just before which has fortunately been dealt with now, and I overreacted here. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
