These are very cool
2 different types of Lead Frames for DIP packages, these are what go into the package to connect the from the bond wires in the die cavity to the leads
The first one is for a 52 pin Shrink DIP, a very unusual package, used by Motorola and NEC I believe
These are silver, with gold plating for the die bonding area, and come 5 to a sheet
The second are large 64-pin DIP, like used for a Motorola 68000, they are unfinished copper (would be plated with gold/tin before final use. They also are 5 per sheet
