Picked up a few old SC/MP I CPU a few weeks ago. I am restoring/fixing an old SC/MP LCDS system, plus I will be remaking (via wire-wrap) the MiniSCAMP system that was featured in one of the Australian electronic magazines back in the late 70s.
Also am in the process of writing a monitor/debug for the homebrew SC/MP II system I have built. It's not an easy processor to program due to it's limited registers and limited instruction set. But, it's an interesting challenge. Here is a pic of my homebrew SC/MP system. I have replaced the ceramic CPU with a PDIP one. This system runs 2 x 2732 EPROM, 2 x 6116 RAM, 1 x 8255A PPI and 1 x 8251A USART.

I am currently fixing an old SC/MP Development System. I has an old SC/MP I on the CPU board and I had to remove it as it was soldered on the board. My desoldering station did a good job of it, but thought you'd like to see the chip. I am not sure when the SC/MP was introduced but this seems to be a 1976 chip?
