I have on offer some FreeScale 7447 and 7447a ceramic PowerPc CPUs.
The difference between the two is that the "a" has an integrated thermal diode and dynamic frequency shift
These are both the industrial temperature versions, running at 1GHz
Some details at http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/fact_sheet/MPC7447AFS.pdf
and https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MPC7447AEC.pdf
All items are desoldered
Due to the high cost of shipping from Australia, all items will be sent in a single package to AVICC. Postage is $2 max
A bill will be sent for payment in about 2 weeks, when all my January sales close.
Payment by ChipPay (fees on your side) or Paypal (friend or + 3.5% + .35)

| 1 of each for $10 unless you or someone else has damaged ones for die shot attempts. Interestingly, those seem to have different die size, so hopefully I can compare die shots of both. |

I have an MC7447a with some missing capacitors, so I can do that one in a set for $9. You are correct about the dies. 10x11mm vs 9x10mm. |

I want that damaged one indeed if die isn't damaged. However, can you do $13 for all three to get one spare for etching fail? |

It's perfect other than the missing capacitors. $13 works for me. |

| I can take that remaining one for $4 more then so that I have spare for both of these clearly different dies. Etching these SOI dies isn't easy, so useful to have spares. |
