-I'll be updating totals end of month and messaging everyone.
-Payments are expected once a month
-One monthly shipment to AVICC
-Direct shipments : when you tell me to ship, I'll ship it, can be anytime. Got the storage system sorted for this purpose, so can hold your CPUs for multiple months, no problem, this will cut some shipping costs.

Can you check if they have ceramic damages ? Would be a problem with close up photo from front and back ? _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

No ceramic damage at all, only the lids were knackered. Someone trie to remove the heatsinks by force.... |

too late...
You have many mislabelled chips, the white ones on the right are Power3-II.
Are you sure the large MCMs are Power 2? |

you sure about that ? The part number on their lids is definitely a power6. Looks similar to a power3-II, I agree, but the ceramic is twice as thick and the layout is slightly different as well.
Power 2, not 100%, is white, has the same red plastic rings as power2's(but 5 instead of 1), same size as common power2. no match on any part number / picture on google |

17 to 27 is Power3-II
7 is RS64-IV MCM, used on System 9406, model 170.
15 is RS64-III
For the MCM: the dies don't match the Power2 chipset for number and size, so it has to be something different that I have never seen before. |

you learn something new every day. I mostly go by the info I find on forum. And I have to agree, this MCM is a really weird one. They are out of an AS/400 if that helps with proper ID |

| AS/400 was based on 48bit CISC before switching to the Power architecture with the RS64 line on the 90s. Then, the Power4 unified the AS/400 and RS/6000 lines. These MCMs may be some sort of crypto accelerator for AS/400. |
