Here are some nice ones, these are 2011 production REI D87C51FA MCUs
REI make obsolete products using original mask sets. These are Intel D87C51FA MCUs (and then dies you can see the Intel copyright still) made by REI using the original masks in a modern fab.
These happily run at 24MHz
