The motherboard is EPOX EP-5M800P-M
Has microprocesor but without ram and without monitor when I join the 2 power on connectors the fan run but the buzzer don't sound, the buzzer is ok |

| Without ram the buzzer should sound intermittent |

I'm not sure if all boards have POST sound. If that have so CPU is not initialized. The reason can be dead processor, dead motherboard or like CPUShack said - problem with PSU. 4 pin cable 12V CPU is connected to motherboard ?
