...Tis my final post on this note...
Hi everyone ......I've developped a plan that will clear all the mess that the post has created, including some of my own fault .
This threat is specificaly for everyone that didn't get my package/s.
I've worked very hard in aquiring a few exact matches(cpu's) that were supposed to be underway...I kept getting the runnaround at the post, I got tired of it, and now it's time to settle this my way !
This Monday,I will send out AIRMAIL all packages that didn't make their destinations. The one's I couldn't find a match will be posted a PM soon so that I may verify if they simply want a refund or somewhat matching chip.(hence a different "S" spec). This also means if you finaly receive the old package in the mail, you get to keep it too !
This is a public apology for my tardiness VS or Post office's.
Thanx for all your patients !
Best regards,
JD

Looking forward for the payment for the items you didn't pay for. Will there be a thread "to everyone received a cheque that did not clear up"? _________________ Frank. |

I'm looking forward to replacements or refunds for both packages that never arrived - one I was told shipped 6 weeks ago, the pother was paid for about 5weeks ago...
Do we not get a choice of whether it is a refund or replacements? The Pentium Pro and RAM chip from the second package (paid around march 30th) I'd like, but the eproms (paid on March 18th, told they were shipped on March 20th) I would now rather have a refund, as I now have some and possibly have others in a box of socket pulls I haven't sorted through yet.
Looking forward to knowing what is happening and to receiving something _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

My Pentium Pro (SL259) and RAM chip arrived this morning - took about 4 weeks by surface. The eproms Glin has told me he found at home, so I will post again when I have the refund.
The Pentium Pro has tested fine - first thing I did when it arrived was test it (most chips won't get tested that quickly but this one I had been especially waiting for!). _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I'm more surprised that surface mail cost you so much. I knew that Canada Post isn't cheap, but more than $5 to ship a Pentium Pro and a small RAM chip by surface, it's almost be cheaper for you to drive into the US to ship stuff _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
