| A few days ago I pulled several of these from a defunct peice of hardware that was designed to record phone calls. I am not sure what it is but the machine also contained an Intel 386 with newer text to give you an idea of the age. Does anyone know what this chip is? |

| It is 2K x 16 Dual ported SRAM, Standard power, 90ns, Commercial temp range (0-70C), 68-pin PGA package. |
