I have also been looking for information on this chip for a while, but have obtained no results yet.
By the way, do you have any information on Toshiba's emulator chip, TMP87C001Y?

I was going to suggest looking for a Panasonic part (Panasonic is Matsushita) but it also gives hits only for the Russian one. |
