Folks,

Is this Deschutes a 1997 Week 50? Or is the date system different at these models?

If it is - is it then possible it is multiplier unlocked, i.e. ranging from 2.0 to 5.0?

According to https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?t=1021392 it's in week 21-32 1998 locking begins? Any ideas?
