here is a pair of New Old Stock, still in their carrier Motorola 68030 Mil-spec CPUs, in a very nice CQFP package
2x Motorola 68030-33/BYCJC 5962-8946404YC
These are 33MHz parts and full MIL-STD-883B spec
I included a pic of one out of the carrier so you can see how they look
