The TI AM3874 Sitara is a ARM Cortex-A8 processor with 32K/32K I/D Caches and 512K of L2 Cache running at 800MHz
It also includes a PowerVR SGX530 3D Graphics Engine
They are packaged in a 684pin BGA package and made on a 45nm process
Interestingly these are pin/software compatible with the TMS320DM814x DaVinci processors (which add a DSP core as well)

Fun fact, the PowerVR 530 is a close cousin of the Intel GMA3600 found in Atom CPUs. I was playing with one of those recently and managed to have it render a simple OpenGL 2.0 animation in 1024x600 resolution at the amazing speed of 3 frames per minute.  |
