The Xilinx Virtex-4 XC4VFX140 has 142k logic cells and includes 2 PowerPC processors on chip
The PowerPC blocks are PowerPC 405 cores running at up to 450MHz with a 5-stage pipeline and 16K of I-Cache and 16K of D-Cache
They are in a 1517 ball BGA package
12x Xilinx XC4VFX140 FF1517FGQ1425
11C-4050 (710MHz max)
$5 each or a pair for $8

FWIW I found a few places that sell these online. For the modest sum of $7300 each.  |
