Here is a nice set, these are all Networking ASICs (rather highend) made by Brocade in 2011-2012. Brocade went on to be bought by Broadcom
They are fab'd be IBM and LSI, quite large dies under the metal lids
I have 10 sets of these $8 a set

| Did you delid any to see die sizes? I could take one set for die shots, so they can have loose lids or damage. |

24mm square die on the larger one, so not small LOL
