I got them a few days ago  , but they haven't good condition  .
Are they Mobile K6-2?

Yes & No. This is really mobile CPU, but not simple Mobile K6-2 
The 4 main differences between K6-2 and K6-2+
a) tech: 0.25 vs 0.18
b) L2 cache size (0KB vs 128KB)
c) instruction sets: 3DNow! vs 3DNow! Pro or 3DNow! Enhanced
d) voltage: 2.4 vs 2.0 and lower...
PS: I'm owner of K6-2+ too, but 450ACZ (2.0V core/3.3V I/O)
