We will never see many of these kicking around, the part number is kind of not-existent.

So here we have a single Fujitsu MBCS450515B which is a Sparc64 X+ 16Core 3.7GHZ!!! monster. Desoldered and missing its caps.

I'll value it at $70 due to its rarity.
