Here are some chipsets from the IBM POWER1 RIOS.9 chipset.
FPU = Floating Point Unit (64-bit)
FXU = Fixed Point (Integer) Unit
ICU = Instruction Cache Unit (8K + Branch Prediction)
DCU = Data Cache Unit - 16K (2 for RIOS.9 and 4 in a RIOS.1)
SCU = Storage Control Unit
RIOS.9 POWER Chipset
1x 63F7532 FPU
1x 63F7976 FXU
1x 63F7981 ICU
2x 37F1421 DCU
1x 37F5671 SCU
SOLD OUTx Sets with good pins for $35 each
SOLD OUTx Sets with bad (flattened lol) pins for $12 each (great for dies or other display) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

| Just so I understand, That's all of the main chips on the RIOS 9 card minus the clock generator and IO? |

Sorry for the question, but English is not my primary language, so I might not understand this correctly:

"each" as in for every chip of the set (e.g. 6 x $35), or for the whole set? |

Correct, this is the 'CPU' of a POWER1 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

its a set of 6 chips for $35 total  _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
