I recently got hold of these and I havent spotted them anywhere before. Have you got any or seen any like these. It has a nice looking die, of which I have posted a larger picture.

GI = General Intruments, I see them fairly often but havent got one for my collection yet.

The die is a standard design (2x32k block) though mot you see just have a single 64k block.

Interesting history in the eprom world. Its worth reading into it. Cobbled bits of this and that.. xxx is one of yyy with half the memory inacccessible.. etc..
Also nice easy timeframe to collect them.. I havent seen an eprom in a new piece of equipment for years.
