I dont know that they ever made it to production versions

Spansion was an AMD + Fujitsu joint venture to make flash memory at AMD's old Fab 25 in Austin.

My guess is that this would be a coprocessor that uses flash memory as a cache in opteron based servers for high performance compute.

And you can show a photo of the bottom? Does the pins match the processor socket? I wonder where it can be installed?
