These are a nice MIPS processor with a 12-stage MIPS64 EC4400 core that supports 4-way multithreading
They have 32K of L1-D Cache, 64K of L1-I Cache, a 512K L2 cache and an on die 1MB L3 cache
They are made on a 40nm TSMC process and run at 800MHz
Netlogic was purchased by Broadcom mainly to aquire this design (as well as the MIPS designs from RMI (which at one point came from AMD itronically)

| Should be an interesting one for die shot, so I'll take a pair. One of them can be that delidded chip with lid taped on for protection if die isn't damaged yet. |
