Everything has been updated with accurate IHS FPO codes. Everests still use the PCB serial, as the IHS doesn't have an FPO code.

Updated lists with larger titles, CPU type (due to E7s being added), and colors for each core.

Also updated the list; made correct dates for the Broadwell category.
