These are New Old Stock Intel Xeon E5-2418L Processors. The QAG4 are early ES versions (L0 stepping and only running at 1.4GHz) and the QBYA are Qualification Samples of the Sandy Bridge-EN M1 stepping (The equivalent of SR0M5 )
They are a 4-core processor with 10M of L3 cache
They are an embedded Xeon, made with low power in mind, TDP on these is only 50W.
They are New Old Stock
