Here it is, my baby. She gets me to work and back every day. She also takes me to the post office on a saturday morning.

She also does all the dirty stuff the good car wont. Shes a 1991 Ford Escort 1.4 with 88000 miles on the clock. Shes a banger and I love her!

Best of all I only paid £70 for her (thats about 130 USD)

Man, Hippo, that's not bad tho, paint the rest(grey) all in red, add some 4 inch bottom spoilers, small spoiler on top, chaange rims to 17" mags, little tint and whala! Tis a ride Very Happy . Yeah I know, to much, but it would be nice to see it done !

And my Opel Zafira was designed and developped mostly by Porsche (more exactly: Porsche Engineering Group GmbH).

It's not only with cars: behind the marketing blurb with its brand names and logos, strongly positioned against each other, development and production units of different companies often work together without much noise.

BTW, the Zafira is produced under the following brand names:
Opel, Vauxhall, Chevrolet, Holden und Subaru.
For Subaru it is called Traviq and produced by GM and Fuji Heavy Industries.

Actually I'm glad it's owned by GM, because of it, they made them put a V6 turbo engine instead of a V4. Plus, this car is dated the same year that GM bought saab (99) so barely nothing has changed on that model, except for the engine, and the fact that GM made the parts 100 times cheaper for me- always a plus Wink

Hmmm, If were having a dick comparing contest where would a half ton pickup with a giant V8 measure in Wink I think I could put your little eurocars in the back and drive off. LOL
