| It violates eBay's sales policy on digitally delivered goods, as the merchant neither owns the content, nor is authorised to sell it by the content owner. But it seems to have been up for a while despite that. There are lots of people on eBay who make money selling free GPL software which is legitimate as the license allows it. |
