If you get a fake, eBay will have your back. Their buyer protection is generally top-notch.
I got my T7600G off of eBay (from China) awhile back and it was legitimate.

Aside from getting raped for """"customs fees""""", it's safe to get a CPU from China then?
What seller did you buy your T7600G from if I may ask? |

It is sometimes safe, but not often enough to guarantee until you know specific sellers. I personally buy cheap and take the risk. As crazybubba64 says, if you buy on eBay, getting a refund is quick (compared to many online services) and easy.

Have you checked other places that sell T7600Gs? The seller seems trustworthy, anyways.
