Here are some cool MCUs
Motorola called it the 'Multiple Bus Processor' as its a MC68EC000 static core with a 68000 compatible 16/8bit bus, an 8-bit 8051 compatible bus as well as a M-Bus (I2C compat)
It runs at 16.67MHz and is made on a 0.8u HCMOS process at Motorola MOS8 fab in Austin, TX
these are pre-qualified parts (XC)
12x Motorola XC68307FG16 2G57B Mask $3 each or 2 for $5 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
