These are unusual video cards.
They are made by Display Technology (a UK company) and part of the Vampower series. They are an AGP card using an ATi Mobility Radeon M6 (R100) chipset (144MHz with 16MB of DDR)

They are designed as TFT panel controllers, made to control large TFT displays (and multiple displays) via LVDS and TTL signalling (these include a standard DB15 too)

and specs here:

12x Vampower 11 V11-01-AGP-16M-M6-R00-S0L0 - RGB + 2 LVDS (one internal one ext) $5

SOLD OUTx Vampower 11 V11-02-AGP-16M-M6-R00-DTL0 - RGB + 2 LVDS (one internal one ext) + 1x Internal TTL $5

It's R100 chipset, not RV100 for the M6 mobile, which in this version is the slowest Radeon card ever released Smile A cut down Radeon VE Smile
