The 88F5 Orion is a 500MHz Feroceon based SoC (Feroceon 88FR531). The Feroceon is a custom ARM core by Marvell with a variable length pipeline that supports out of order execution (at the time very unusual for an ARM). It has 32K of I-Cache and 32K of D-Cache and a Vector FPU and is built on a 150nm process.

The Armada 370 is a Cortex-A9 compatible core, This is also a dual issue out of ordder core with 32K of I-Cache and 32K of D-Cache but also integrated a 256K on die L2 cache and supports ARMv7. It tops out at 1.2GHz.

Both of these are pretty early preproduction parts, A1 revision so dont have the speed marked, they are New Old Stock

15x Marvell Orion 88F5-BBR1 88F5181LA1 Rev A1
20x Marvell Armada 370 (Kirkwood) 88F6-BM12 Rev A1

$3 each or a pair for $4 (mix and match is fine)
