Hi
Here are some NOS chips
Texas Instrument - are BGAs but the PLXs Technology may have some bend pins but not broken or severe, just need some love and care 
Donīt know any technical specs about this ones, any help?

The TMS32AV (seems to be a mismarked TMS320AV7000 series)
It is a DSP made for set-top boxes that includes an 40.5MHz ARM7T Processor as well as a graphics processor
