See ,the thing is with us (Canada), doesn't matter how small your envelop or package is. Their minimal charge is $5.35CAD.Unless it's and envelop and is under 2".But that's hard to accomplish especialy if your making sure your cpu's are well packed .

| Sounds like Canadian mail has done what the UK Royal Mail is bringing in, PiP = Postage in proportion, taking into account the voume of the item as well as the weight. |
