These are some cool ones. These are the math coprocessor upgrades for the original IBM PS/2 Models 25 and 30. These were based on an 8MHz 8086 CPU (a 286 was optional) and thus supported the 8MHz C8087-2 FPU

Each box contains the Intel C8087-2 FPU in its own antistatic box, a manual, and a safety Protector.

IBM recommends installation be a 'Technically Skilled person' LOL

Boxes show some handling wear, they been sitting in some warehouse for 30 years lol) but otherwise in nice shape. Manual is in its shrinkwrap and C8087-2s have nice pins

I have 15 of these, we'll do $68 each or a pair for $120

Lets do $59 each or a pair for $110

How's the foam? Any signs of black death on the CPU pins?

I have a feeling that someone wrote in discussion that some guy brought a van and loaded it full with all the M's Sad
However it does not mean that there is not another palette of 'em hidden in some forgotten alley Very Happy

I watched that a few days ago and I'm so envious of everyone who could get there. I can't. Sad
I think I saw some alphas and other DEC boxes in that video. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some PDPs under all the other stuff.

I did manage to get some loot from another forgotten paradise about a year ago (the great PPro haul of 2018). Smile
