Hi I repeatedly got these threatening email.

It said he got my password and know everything about me and want me send him money BTC etc.

What should I do? May I report it to police? but I am not sure if it make sense as I am pretty sure this mail was from outside of my country

Your computer was infected with my RAT (Remote Administration Tool), your browser wasn't updated / patched, in such case it's enough to just visit some website where my iframe is placed to get automatically infected, if you want to find out more - Google: "Drive-by exploit".

My malware gave me full access to all your accounts (see password above), full control over your computer and it also was possible to spy on you over your webcam.

I collected all your private data and I RECORDED YOU (through your webcam) SATISFYING YOURSELF!

After that I removed my malware to not leave any traces and this email was sent from some hacked server.

I can publish the video of you and all your private data on the whole web, social networks, over email of all contacts and send it to your friends.

But you can stop me and only I can help you out in this situation.

I had the same email from a few email addresses. The password they claimed to have got off my computer is one I only use on websites where my ID and finances are not asked for, as it is the least secure of all my passwords. No idea what website they hacked to get it, but they did not hack my PC, contrary to their claims. They would have come across a 256-bit password, super strong, not the weak, lower case only 64-bit password that I happily use on potentially insecure sites

Of course, the fact that they watched me pleasuring myself through my webcam, when I have never owned a webcam, just turned the email into a joke for me, but I would be willing to bet some people believe it and paid up. They will now be on the phishers hit list

Most likely the "hacker" has nothing, and has simply obtained your email address and password from one of the many hacked site password databases out there. They're likely sending the same form message in bulk to everyone in the database they've bought. If I were you, I'd check your email address against a list of known compromised accounts on a service like haveibeenpwned.com and see if it says your address was taken in a site compromise. If it has, and the password the emailer provided is correct, then you should change your password, and update your password on any of the hacked services haveibeenpwned.com lists.

I just gandered at the spam section of my email, and check this gold bit out:

"Please, I am begging you in the name of God to sincerely accept my proposal;
let me instruct my bank to wire transfer my fund worth the sum of US$
10,000,000.00 (TEN MILLION DOLLARS) to your account immediately, then you will take my son to your home and raise him as your own son."

Spam is fun to read when you're bored. Just don't download anything.

First of all, sorry to see you got this email - they can be worrying.
I would highly recommend anyone using the web - get a Chromebook! They cost nothing, battery lasts all day, boot in 10 seconds, no constant updating, and no viruses. And if it gets lost or stolen - no big deal, nothing's on it. I use it for 90% of my computer activity these days, hardly ever use an actual PC any more. Also, there's now a "Password Checkup" plugin for Chrome that will let you know if your password has been compromised - very handy!
