These are some nice IBM PowerPC 750FX Processors
They are 600MHz Revision DD2.3
The 750FX has a 4-stage pipeline with 32/32K of L1 Cache and an on die 512K L2 Cache
They are made on a 0.13u process
They are an RoHS package
They are like the others but have a special screening (customer specific) thus the GR0122T part vs GR0132T
30x IBM PPC750FX-GR0122T New Old Stock $5 each or a pair for $8
