Has anyone here ever bought anything from www.vipmagasin.store ?
I was looking at decent DDR2 motherboards to see what bargains could be had. Found a dual socket 1366 board (Netapp 110-00237+A2) on eBay with DDR2 (not sure how many boards that late used DDR2). On eBay it was £189 shipped. I Googled it to try and find specs (what CPUs are supported, what chipset, can it be overclocked, what memory speeds does it support, etc), thinking maybe one day I can afford that much, and I found it on www.vipmagasin.store for £12.50 shipped!
Without knowing specs, I have no idea how realistic either price is, but if the site is genuine, I may risk the investment (they supposedly have 200 of them!). I can't find any customer reviews of the site, so with it being so cheap, I am concerned it may be a scam.
Anyone had any experience with them? _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

LGA1366 boards are strictly DDR3 (IMC is in the CPU and there were no DDR2 ones).
Top DDR2 boards on Intel side are LGA775 P45 or X48. |

There has indeed to be an error, either it is not DDR2 or the socket is wrong...
Site looks shady to me... No address in the "About Us", unprofessional email address service1 at vinayotap.com given (also just search for "vinayotap.com" in Google and read the complains...)
Created in 2019 and will probably be closed soon by either the webmasters or the registrar... _________________ Stelo.xyz Museum (CPU Collection and more)

That's my understanding as well. I asked the seller for confirmation over two weeks ago, and got no reply.
My best DDR2 board is a Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P. When I have paid a few more bills, I'll be looking at X48 boards like the Rampage Formula (primarily for overclocking contests on hwbot, if I find one cheap enough). _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Perhaps look on Taobao. There are a lot of P45/X38/X48 boards for cheaper than eBay and the like. _________________ My WTB List
