Here are some massive DIMMs for you Itanium systems 
These are 4GB ECC PC2-4200 modules made for the HP Superdome and Integrity computers running Itanium processors
They have 36x Qimonda 1Gbit RAM chips and a pair of NXP SSTU registered drivers
$5 each or a pair for $8
