Today I don't see special characters in my unicode standard. Instead of them I see question marks. It is problem with my configuration or someone else have it too ? _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

Same effect here.
It started around the time I updated Firefox to version 69.0, so I first thought this was the cause. But I just tried it with Google Chrome and the effect is also there. |

Seeing this in firefox as well.
Seems to be most common with apostrophes.

Two days ago I upgraded a few things on the server, including Apache web server and PHP. I doubt that the problem is caused by different Apache version, but it's quite possible that it's due to newer PHP. I'll look into it.
Do you have a link to a page where I can see that behavior?

Thanks, that was very helpful.
I changed PHP configuration. Now the page shows correct special characters for me. Please see if it works for you.

There is a change but now instead of right special characters I see some other characters like : ¿, ¶, ³, ± ...
It looks like polish template lost ISO 8859-2 standard. I don't know what other europeans see.
Also I'm still not seeing "Profile" configuration site. |
