Weitek 1163 - i386 Bus Translator/Interface
Weitek 1164 - 64-bit FP MULT/DIV
Weitek 1165 - 64-bit FP ALU
Together they were used as an upgrade of the 387th for the 80386 accelerating its work by 2-3 times. It's for the Compaq 386/20 desktop.

The third photo with the radiators taken, each chip has its own separate radiator mounted on thermal grease. The chips are not soldered, but inserted into the sockets.

Doesn't seems theres any socket asociated. Is a compaq board, probably a special crafted board that has the connector to directly plug it. |

Exactly.
And 3167 is approximate one chip version of this trio.

It uses standard EMC socket (387 plus address lines) like Cyrix EMC87 series.
Probably will work with any board with EMC socket.

Geometry is Compaq-specific of course. But seems to be ISA connector is not electrically conected and half of the board can be sawed off  |

I've also heard of a 2167. Is that a set of chips on a card like this one, or an integrated version like the 3167?
I think I may have even heard of a 0167. |
